Inspiration
The Dotavie Wall Sconce started from the gumball machine on the counter of an old corner store: a round glass globe, and through it a scatter of round colors, orange, blue, green, yellow and pink, pressed up against the glass. We kept the clear glass ball, put the colors straight onto it as dots of different sizes, and left the bulb in the middle where the gumballs used to be. A short pull chain hangs below, the way a bead chain hung from the lamps of the same years.
Key Features
Dotted Glass Globe
A 12cm/4.7″ clear glass globe with dots of different sizes in orange, blue, green, yellow, pink and more.
Pull-Chain Switch
A pull chain hangs below the globe, so you turn the light on and off right at the sconce.
Small Chrome Backplate
An 8cm/3.1″ round chrome backplate keeps the sconce small enough for a narrow wall beside a bed or door.

FAQ
What colors are the dots?
The globe is clear glass with dots of different sizes in orange, blue, green, yellow, pink and other colors, on a chrome backplate.
How bright is it?
It comes with a 5W bulb in Warm Light (3000K), a soft accent light for a kids’ room, a bedside wall or a reading nook rather than the main light in a room.
How do I turn it on?
Pull the chain below the globe to turn it on and off, right at the sconce.
How is it installed?
It is hardwired to a wall junction box, so we recommend a licensed electrician. One E26 or E27 bulb is included.
