Inspiration
The Sorbelia Pendant Lamp started from the sundaes at an old-fashioned ice cream parlor, served in a ribbed glass dish with a scoop of pink sorbet on top, a few round candies around it and a mint ball balanced at the very peak. Kids would turn the empty dish upside down on the counter when they were done. We took that upturned ribbed dish as the shade, kept the stack of pastel scoops and candies above it, and hung the whole thing from the ceiling.

FAQ
Beige or Blue?
Beige is soft and warm and sits well in a neutral bedroom or kitchen. Blue is a pale aqua that suits a nursery, a kids' room or a cooler color scheme. Both have the same mint, pink and lilac beads on top.
Can I hang several over a kitchen island?
Yes. At 18cm/7.1″ wide, two or three in a row work over a kitchen island or a breakfast table, and a pair works as bedside pendants. Mixing Beige and Blue in one row also works, since the beads match.
Is the shade glass?
No. The shade and beads are resin, so the lamp is light and less likely to chip than glass or ceramic. The light comes down through the open bottom of the shade.
Is a bulb included, and how is it installed?
Yes. It comes with a 5W LED bulb in warm 3000K light. It is hardwired to a ceiling junction box, so we recommend a licensed electrician, and the hanging height is set on the 150cm/59″ cord during installation.
